Membership of the branch has reached 400 and a special event has been held to mark the occasion.
Robert Lees joined CAMRA via the university scheme, which offers membership to students at a special rate, and was welcomed by Lunesdale Branch Chair Jenny Greenhalgh at a presentation at Morecambe’s York Hotel.
As well as the good wishes of the branch, Robert was given a brewery T-shirt, bottles of York brewery beers and a copy of Lancaster’s Historic Inns by local historian Andrew White.
